Architecture Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Architectural Design: Create and implement innovative technical solutions that address customer needs, utilizing partner technologies and platforms to ensure optimal integration and functionality.

• Technical Leadership: Offer expert technical direction to partners and internal teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and standards.

• Microsoft Technology Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert on Microsoft technologies, providing advice on best practices for architecture, deployment, and integration within partner solutions.

• Collaboration with Partners: Collaborate closely with partner technical teams to understand their products and capabilities, serving as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth solution delivery.

• Solution Development: Lead the design and execution of joint solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security while conforming to industry standards and best practices.

• Customer Engagement: Interact with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure that the implemented solutions align with business objectives and technical specifications.

• Proof of Concept (PoC): Create and demonstrate PoCs for new solutions, highlighting the value of partner technologies and validating architectural decisions.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for architectural designs, solution implementations, and integration processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and serve as a reference for future projects.

• Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and partners to enhance their understanding of solution architectures and the associated technologies.

• Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to consistently enhance solution offerings and architectural methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent English is essential.

• Strong technical background in software architecture, cloud solutions, and integration technologies, particularly focusing on Microsoft products and platforms (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365).

• Experience in solution design and architecture, ideally within a partner ecosystem, with an emphasis on scalability and performance.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain enduring relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients.

• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and sales, to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience in formulating and executing technical strategies that align with business objectives and foster growth.

• Capability to mentor and guide junior architects and technical personnel, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
