Architecture – Data Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This is a unique opportunity to shape the flow of data within the logistics ecosystem of the U.S. military.

• In the role of Architecture and Data Lead, you will take charge of one of the most vital integration challenges in contemporary DoD software.

• You will create and establish the integration platform that links DEFCON AI’s software with the wider logistics C2 ecosystem.

• This position is senior-level, merging extensive technical execution with system-level architectural leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software/systems architecture, including at least one integration effort involving a system-of-systems delivered to production.

• More than 5 years of experience in data architecture or data engineering within DoD, logistics, or complex enterprise systems.

• Practical experience in developing production integration adapters for systems that were not originally designed for interoperability.

• Proven ability to operate across various classification levels (IL-4, IL-5, IL-6) or similar regulated multi-enclave environments.

• US Citizenship is required.

• An active Secret Clearance is mandatory.

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% to USMC sites, Defcon AI HQ, and relevant industry vendor facilities as necessary.
