Architecture and Engineering Project Assessor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducting Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) across the country along with other property-related services.

• Carrying out comprehensive walk-through surveys and evaluations of key building systems, structures, and foundations.

• Formulating proactive solutions and estimating costs to address any physical deficiencies, while producing a detailed written report that outlines building conditions in accordance with ASTM Standards and specific client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a relevant field, preferably in Architecture and/or Engineering.

• At least three years of relevant experience in executing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs).

• A valid driver's license is mandatory with no major MVA points or violations (a clean driving record).

• Personal credit must be adequate to cover business travel expenses up to $3,000.

• Current registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer is preferred.

• Ability to meet the physical demands associated with the role is essential.

• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
