This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and operational assistance throughout the entire project lifecycle in an efficient and precise manner.
• Managing quote and order entry, tracking orders, coordinating projects, providing installation support, and maintaining client communication.
• Aiding the sales team and collaborating closely with vendors, operations, project teams, and clients.
• Ensuring that Walls projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and with a high degree of client satisfaction.
• Obtaining vendor pricing and verifying quotes along with project specifications.
• Assisting in the review of specifications and architectural documents.
• Preparing quotes and completing the necessary order entry documentation.
• Coordinating with manufacturers and vendors regarding project requirements, lead times, and deliverables.
• Overseeing deposits, billing requirements, and project administration.
• High School Diploma along with 1–3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in project coordination, walls, architectural products, commercial interiors, construction, dealership operations, customer support, account coordination, or similar fields is favored.
• Experience with projects that involve architectural wall systems, specialty products, demountable walls, glass systems, or related construction solutions is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); familiarity with Hedberg or comparable ERP/order management systems is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a remote setting.
