This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Tasked with securing high-quality paint schedules and specifications for premium paint products.

• Formulate and implement a strategic account plan to meet objectives within the architectural and design (A&D) sector.

• Identify and prioritize principal accounts among architectural and design firms.

• Actively seek out and engage with architects, designers, and specifiers to promote the brand.

• Evaluate and manage provided leads to secure paint schedules and specifications.

• Deliver comprehensive education to architects and designers through presentations, courses, and meetings.

• Track project opportunities at all stages, maintaining detailed records of paint schedules, specifications, and timelines.

• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure proper implementation.

• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to boost brand visibility.

• Foster a strong passion for industry trends and developments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of experience working directly with the A&D segment.

• Previous experience in developing and executing account plans to boost sales.

• High sales aptitude with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.

• Ability to articulate and communicate the Benjamin Moore brand value proposition to the A&D segment.

• Proven experience in writing and self-sourcing specifications and finish schedules while managing the project lifecycle through to installation.

• Proficient in relevant software applications, including MS Office and CRM.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, listening, and public speaking abilities.

• Strong motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide others.

• Proven time management capabilities and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent team collaboration skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

• Must be able to travel overnight for meetings, conferences, and trade shows.

• Must reside in the specified geography or be open to relocation.
