Architect – Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and execute robust infrastructure for LLM and GenAI workloads in multi-GPU settings.

• Conduct GPU profiling, benchmarking, and enhance performance for distributed training tasks.

• Oversee and schedule compute-heavy jobs utilizing Slurm-based clusters and OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.

• Activate and refine the NVIDIA GPU stack (CUDA, cuDNN, NCCL, Triton, RAPIDS, etc.).

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deploy models in both research and production settings.

• Develop and maintain GenAI pipelines (fine-tuning, RAG, multi-modal inferencing, LLMOps).

• Create reusable infrastructure templates using tools such as Terraform and Helm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a related field.

• Extensive experience with Slurm and distributed training environments.

• Practical knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.

• In-depth understanding of the NVIDIA GPU ecosystem (CUDA, cuDNN, NCCL, Nsight, Triton/TensorRT).

• Strong background in Linux systems, performance tuning, and multi-GPU optimization.

• Experience in deploying GenAI workloads (LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, multi-modal systems).

• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

• Experience with cloud GPU platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS, OCI) and/or on-premises GPU clusters.
