Architect – Documentation-Focused Role

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, prepare, and coordinate comprehensive architectural documentation throughout the Design Development, Tender, Construction Certificate, and Construction phases.

• Create high-quality working drawings, specifications, schedules, and documentation packages utilizing Revit.

• Ensure that all documentation adheres to the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, SEPPs, LEPs, and other applicable NSW planning regulations.

• Collaborate with consultants and internal project teams to ensure consistency and technical precision in architectural documentation.

• Evaluate and uphold documentation quality while addressing design coordination and technical challenges during project delivery.

• Assist with construction-stage documentation, RFIs, revisions, and project updates as necessary.

• Oversee multiple project deliverables while adhering to deadlines and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Effectively communicate with project stakeholders and provide practical, solution-oriented recommendations throughout each project phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in delivering architectural projects, ideally within NSW multi-residential, mixed-use, or seniors living developments.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing and coordinating technical documentation across DD, Tender, CC, and Construction stages.

• Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit are mandatory.

• Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, SEPPs, LEPs, and NSW planning regulations.

• Experience in producing coordinated working drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Exceptional communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within multidisciplinary project teams.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.

• Prior experience in seniors living or residential aged care projects is regarded as a significant advantage.
