Architect, CAD & Construction Documentation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive architectural floor plans, elevations, and construction drawing sets in alignment with project specifications.

• Generate precise 2D and 3D CAD drawings tailored for architectural and engineering purposes.

• Create accurate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) annotations for both technical and manufacturing documentation.

• Produce, evaluate, and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics adherent to industry standards.

• Design, assess, and review PCB layouts while ensuring manufacturability and design precision where applicable.

• Collaborate with project teams to clarify technical requirements and address documentation-related inquiries.

• Deliver comprehensive, well-organized documentation packages that fulfill project milestones and quality standards.

• Provide subject matter expertise to enhance AI training datasets through precise technical documentation and structured feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recent professional experience in architectural CAD drafting and construction documentation.

• Strong expertise in industry-standard 2D/3D CAD software and related architectural drafting tools.

• Experience in creating and interpreting GD&T callouts, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.

• Practical experience in preparing multi-sheet electrical schematics and working with PCB layout documentation is highly desired.

• Solid understanding of construction documentation standards and architectural drawing conventions.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage complex documentation across various project deliverables.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently in a remote collaborative environment while adhering to project deadlines.
