Architect – AutoCAD, Revit Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and implementation of architectural designs utilizing AutoCAD.

• Direct all stages of architectural projects from the initial concept to design development, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.

• Offer expert advice and mentorship to project teams, guaranteeing superior quality results.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

• Employ advanced design and modeling techniques to devise innovative solutions for intricate architectural challenges.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant codes and regulations, especially for projects located in or associated with the state of Florida.

⛳️ Requirements

• Personal computer equipped with a Windows 11 Pro license, or a willingness to upgrade.

• Minimum internet speeds of 200 Mbps for both upload and download.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

• At least 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.

• Extensive expertise in AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of Revit is a plus.

• Proven experience working with clients in Florida (U.S.).

• B2+ level proficiency in English; capable of effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Previous experience in a remote work setting is preferred.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently with a strong focus on detail.
