This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices for application development.

• Assess and choose frameworks, libraries, and tools based on both business and technical requirements.

• Create and sustain reference architectures along with reusable reference implementations.

• Participate in sprint planning and work closely with product managers and designers to convert business priorities into scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to craft end-to-end solutions for key strategic initiatives.

• Develop and maintain architecture documentation catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Guide Technical Leads and Senior Software Engineers on architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

• Promote the adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and lead technical design workshops.

• Assist in creating comprehensive solution design documents, which encompass application and integration architecture.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Ensure regular and punctual attendance.

• Execute other related duties as assigned.

• Provide leadership, guidance, or training to others as an individual contributor.


⛳️ Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Java/JEE, JSP, Spring/Spring Boot, and RESTful Services.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, Angular, and React.js / React Native.

• Understanding of AWS cloud platforms and AWS native development constructs.

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

• Knowledge of SOAP/REST, HTML/JavaScript/CSS.

• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and service-oriented architecture (SOA).

• Familiarity with Progress, C#, C++, and .NET.

• Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Visualforce, Apex API, Apex Triggers, and SOQL.

• Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

• Advanced-level understanding of enterprise integration architecture patterns.

• Advanced-level knowledge of solution design documentation and architectural modeling.

• Advanced-level expertise in project discovery facilitation and technical requirements gathering.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in an architectural role.

• Proven capability in designing and implementing complex, distributed applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capacity to lead and influence across engineering, product, and business teams.

• Must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily.

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
