This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with clients to understand their requirements and the corresponding capabilities.

• Conduct feasibility and impact analysis on the requirements to be provided to the client.

• Design application architecture and implement database modifications.

• Address Production Support Tickets, investigate issues, and offer solutions for configuration-related problems across various application environments.

• Review code submitted by developers.

• Guide junior team members in effectively applying engagement practices.

• Create features or resolve tickets as needed.

• Participate in .Net coding, client-side development, and database tasks.

• Educate team members on the current implementations and applications.

• Ensure that sprint deliverables are successfully delivered to the client and conduct interviews to identify suitable skill sets for the projects within the account.

• Explore and provide optimal solutions for any production issues reported by the client.

• Take part in production release activities, ensuring that both pre-release and post-release tasks are handled by the development teams.

• Engage in architecture discussions to identify gaps in development practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Suggest solutions to bridge the gaps to the Product Owner for prioritization in future releases.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the role offered or a similar position.

• Proven expertise in: C#; .NET Core; Web API; Angular 2+; React.js; SQL; Oracle; AWS; CI/CD; Docker; Kubernetes Microservices; Scrum/Kanban; Agile methodologies; DevOps practices; and the Healthcare Domain (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, & patient data privacy).

• Willingness to travel to unforeseen client locations across the U.S., approximately 30%, as necessary.

• Option to telecommute from any location within the U.S.
