ArcGIS Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Provide direct GIS assistance to both field crews and office personnel.

• Assist in resolving ArcGIS-related challenges.

• Utilize mapping and mobile data collection tools proficiently.

• Collaborate with ArcGIS Online/Portal, ArcGIS Pro, Survey123/XLSForm, Field Maps, and Quick Capture.

• Support field operations, data collection processes, maps, dashboards, layers, feature services, and reporting requirements.

• Ensure GIS data is organized and reliable.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in GIS.

• Strong foundational knowledge in GIS principles.

• Practical experience in providing ArcGIS support.

• Ability to communicate technical procedures clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficient in English.

• Fluent in Spanish.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Central Time.

• Experience with highway, infrastructure, transportation, utilities, asset inspections, Python/ArcPy, ArcGIS Dashboards, or Experience Builder is advantageous.
