This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Respond to incoming customer calls
• Thoughtfully engage with customers to identify their needs
• Perform research across various systems to address inquiries
• Deliver clear and accurate information to assist consumers in understanding healthcare options
• Handle a high volume of interactions while ensuring quality and professionalism
• Adhere to a specified schedule, including assigned breaks and lunch periods
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs
• Comfortable with computer systems and Windows-based applications
• A designated home workspace that is free from distractions
• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)
