AR Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete revenue cycle processes from start to finish

• Identify and address issues that affect revenue

• Work collaboratively across clinical and financial departments

• Evaluate metrics and reports to improve performance

• Ensure compliance with revenue cycle best practices

• Support with additional tasks as required

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management

• Comprehensive understanding of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies in the relevant specialty area

• Experience with Cerner software

• Familiarity with payor contract negotiations and reimbursement methodologies

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook
