A&R Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as a spokesperson and representative for Too Lost, engaging with independent labels and artists.

• Provide assistance to Priority clients in product management to guarantee technical accuracy in asset ingestion.

• Expand the company's market presence by attracting high-value artists, labels, and catalogs into the ecosystem.

• Conduct reviews of digital assets for rights verification purposes.

• Proactively scout and identify high-value independent artists and labels.

• Present the advantages of Too Lost to key stakeholders.

• Discover opportunities to transition clients into higher-tier services.

• Offer advice on key tracks within the catalog for revenue optimization.

• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving upload and delivery issues.

• Identify and address takedown concerns during the delivery process.

• Execute quality control on DSPs to ensure accurate release linking and profile mapping.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in A&R and a network within the target market.

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an asset).

• Demonstrated success in building pipelines through cold outreach and market research.

• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Capability to adhere to structured workflows, meet deadlines, and maintain KPI metrics.

• High level of attention to detail along with strong organizational abilities.

• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with digital music assets, including audio files, artwork, and metadata.
