This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Leverage industry knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship standards and assessment plans to provide guidance and support to the apprenticeship delivery team, admissions, apprentices, and employers.
• Evaluate the completion of apprentice portfolios and the submission of evidence.
• Offer technical and specialized support for university teams and external stakeholders regarding End-Point Assessment (EPA).
• Assist in the development of the evidence portfolio and the attainment of apprenticeship standards.
• Deliver information, advice, and guidance to the apprentice's workplace mentor and/or employer.
• Conduct the final gateway desktop review and provide feedback before the final EPA submission.
• Collaborate with other Technical Managers to enhance service delivery and apprentice experience.
• GCSE Mathematics and English Language at Grade C or 4 or higher.
• A degree-level qualification.
• Professional Membership of CIOB and/or CABE.
• Significant experience in the built environment industry.
• Background in the education sector or higher education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to inspire and support apprentices and employers.
• Competence to work independently, adapt flexibly, and swiftly identify risks.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively to achieve team and organizational objectives.
• Proficient digital skills in MS Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
