Apprentice Revenue Cycle Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Support the customization and configuration of Epic applications to align with organizational requirements.

• Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows to gain insight into system needs.

• Participate in testing of new builds, upgrades, and patches to verify accuracy and functionality.

• Assist in troubleshooting basic issues and escalate more complex problems to experienced analysts.

• Aid in the creation of user guides and training materials for staff members.

• Keep comprehensive records of system modifications, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Collaborate closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams to learn healthcare IT best practices.

• Engage in training and development initiatives to enhance analytical and technical skills.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preference for candidates with some experience in PB/HB.

• Epic Proficiency in Resolute PB is mandatory or must be acquired within 60 days of employment.

• Interest in data analysis, problem-solving, and ongoing learning.

• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and EHR systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• High level of computer literacy and eagerness to learn new tools and systems.

• Keen attention to detail and capacity to follow instructions carefully.

• All candidates must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to proceeding to the team interview.
