• Assist with Epic Configuration: Provide support for the customization and setup of Epic applications to align with organizational requirements.
• Workflow Analysis: Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows to gain an understanding of system needs.
• Testing & Validation: Engage in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches to verify accuracy and functionality.
• End-User Support: Aid in troubleshooting basic issues and escalate more complex problems to experienced analysts.
• Training Support: Help create user manuals and training resources for staff members.
• Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of system modifications, workflows, and troubleshooting processes.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams to learn best practices in healthcare IT.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance analytical and technical skills.
• Candidates with some PB/HB experience are highly preferred.
• An Epic Proficiency in Resolute PB is essential or must be acquired within 60 days of employment.
• A keen interest in data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and EHR systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and organization.
• Proficient computer literacy and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Before proceeding to the team interview, all candidates must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment.
