This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for members of the OCHIN collaborative to assist in researching and coordinating the resolution of issues by troubleshooting and addressing concerns within application modules as requested by users.
• Address issues with application vendors or other technical support as necessary.
• Achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet OCHIN Customer Service Expectations by effectively completing Help Desk tickets, phone calls, and live chats.
• Assess incoming calls and communications to identify the priority level and determine the appropriate team for issue resolution.
• Record build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows as instructed by the Sr. Revenue Cycle Analyst mentor.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or IT Help Desk support experience, or successful completion of an OCHIN workforce training program is preferred.
• Must achieve Identity Proficiency within the first 60 days of employment.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems such as EPIC is preferred.
• A background in Patient Access, Patient Records, and Patient Scheduling is preferred.
• All candidates must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before proceeding to the team interview.
