This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the initial point of contact for members of the OCHIN collaborative, assisting in the research and coordination of issue resolutions by troubleshooting and addressing problems within application modules based on user requests.
• Resolve issues in collaboration with application vendors or other technical support as necessary.
• Achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet OCHIN Customer Service Expectations by effectively managing Help Desk tickets, calls, and live chats.
• Prioritize incoming calls and communications to assess urgency and direct to the appropriate team for resolution.
• May offer support to the Electronic Health Record Support Analyst (EHRSA) of other organizations.
• Execute routine builds and configurations in Epic and related products as guided by the Sr. Revenue Cycle Analyst mentor.
• Provide workflow solutions and ensure comprehension of the system through practical training.
• Document build specifications, team processes, and intricate clinic workflows as instructed by the Sr. Revenue Cycle Analyst mentor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Completion of an OCHIN workforce training program or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Must achieve Epic Care Ambulatory Proficiency and Epic Beaker Proficiency within the initial 90 days.
• Experience in an operational lab environment (Laboratory Technologist/Technician) is essential.
• Epic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Proven specialized expertise in a specific application area is strongly preferred.
• Interest in data analysis, problem-solving, and ongoing learning.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and EHR systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and eagerness to learn new tools and systems.
• High attention to detail and capacity to follow instructions accurately.
