Appraisal Inspector, Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Supervise the creation of necessary exhibits and memorandums to illustrate inspections.

• Regular travel to on-site properties based on designated work requests.

• Manage travel arrangements and associated expense reports.

• Attend internal and external client meetings as required.

• Foster strong relationships with market and business line leaders to share best practices, promote innovation, and ensure quality and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an issued and active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least one state, with a willingness to obtain licenses in additional states.

• MAI designation or candidacy preferred.

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strategic comprehension of commercial real estate appraisal.

• Valid driver’s license and capability to travel easily between states.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management skills are highly desirable.

• Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft products, particularly Outlook and Teams.

• Required: Active Certified General Appraiser License.
