This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Supervise the creation of necessary exhibits and memos to illustrate inspections.
β’ Regular travel to on-site properties based on designated work requests.
β’ Manage travel arrangements and associated expense reports.
β’ Engage in internal and external client meetings as required.
β’ Foster strong relationships with market and business line leaders to share best practices, drive innovation, and maintain quality and consistency.
β’ Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license issued in at least one state, with a willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states.
β’ MAI designation or candidacy is preferred.
β’ Bachelor's degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field, is required, though not mandatory.
β’ Strategic comprehension of commercial real estate appraisal.
β’ Valid driver's license and capability to travel easily between states.
β’ Strong attention to detail along with excellent time and calendar management skills are highly desired.
β’ Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook and Teams.
β’ Active Certified General Appraiser License is required.
β’ All travel-related expenses will be reimbursed by PVA, in accordance with our Travel & Expense policy.
