Appraisal Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Supervise the creation of necessary exhibits and memos to illustrate inspections.

• Regular travel to on-site properties based on designated work requests.

• Manage travel arrangements and associated expense reports.

• Engage in internal and external client meetings as required.

• Foster strong relationships with market and business line leaders to share best practices, drive innovation, and maintain quality and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license issued in at least one state, with a willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states.

• MAI designation or candidacy is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field, is required, though not mandatory.

• Strategic comprehension of commercial real estate appraisal.

• Valid driver's license and capability to travel easily between states.

• Strong attention to detail along with excellent time and calendar management skills are highly desired.

• Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook and Teams.

• Active Certified General Appraiser License is required.
