This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Supervise the creation of necessary exhibits and memos to illustrate inspections.
• Regular travel to on-site properties as per assigned work requests.
• Manage travel arrangements and related expense reports.
• Engage in both internal and external client meetings as required.
• Foster strong relationships with market and business line leaders to share best practices, promote innovation, and ensure quality and consistency.
• Valid and active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least one state, with a willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states.
• MAI designation or candidate status is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, ideally (though not mandatory) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Strategic knowledge of commercial real estate appraisal is necessary.
• Valid driver's license and capability to travel easily between states.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional time/calendar management skills are highly desired.
• Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft products, particularly Outlook and Teams.
• Active Certified General Appraiser License is required.
• All travel-related expenses will be reimbursed by PVA, in accordance with our Travel & Expense policy.
