Appraisal Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Supervise the preparation of essential exhibits and memos to illustrate inspections.

• Regular travel to on-site properties according to assigned work requests.

• Manage travel arrangements and related expense reporting.

• Engage in internal and external client meetings as necessary.

• Cultivate strong relationships with market and business line leaders to share best practices, drive innovation, and ensure quality and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license issued in at least one state, with a willingness to obtain licenses in additional states.

• MAI designation or candidate status is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree, ideally (but not mandatory) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field is required.

• Strategic comprehension of commercial real estate appraisal.

• Valid driver's license and capacity for easy interstate travel.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional time/calendar management skills are highly desired.

• Previous experience and proficiency with Microsoft products, particularly Outlook and Teams.

• Valid Certified General Appraiser License is required.
