This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
β’ Supervise the preparation of essential exhibits and memos to illustrate inspections.
β’ Regular travel to on-site properties based on assigned work requests.
β’ Manage travel arrangements and related expense reports.
β’ Engage in internal and external client meetings as necessary.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with market and business line leaders to share best practices, drive innovation, and ensure quality and consistency.
β’ Must possess an active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least one state, with a willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states.
β’ MAI designation or candidacy is preferred.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field (though not mandatory).
β’ A strategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisal is essential.
β’ An active driver's license and the ability to travel easily between states are required.
β’ A strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management skills are highly desired.
β’ Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft products, particularly Outlook and Teams, are necessary.
β’ An active Certified General Appraiser License is mandatory.
β’ Ability to drive for asset tours; airline travel may also be required.
β’ Effective communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email are essential.
β’ Visual acuity sufficient to perform job duties, including reading from printed sources and computer screens, is required.
β’ Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
β’ All travel-related expenses will be reimbursed by PVA, following our Travel & Expense policy.
