• Actively engage with employees through phone, email, and text to aid in scheduling their benefits enrollment sessions.
• Minimize instances of no-shows.
• Ensure effective collaboration with Benefit Counselors.
• Background in employee benefits, insurance, or HR-related disciplines.
• Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms and enrollment procedures.
• Proficient in using Zoom Phone or comparable dialing systems.
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, call center, or administrative positions.
• Bilingual: Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) – C1 English level.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
• At ease with making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Competent in using scheduling tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Incentives based on performance.
