Appointment Setter, Construction & Home Improvement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners in English-speaking regions.

• Utilize provided call scripts to professionally present services.

• Assess leads based on established criteria and homeowner interest.

• Arrange appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

• Keep precise and comprehensive records of calls, notes, and outcomes.

• Achieve or surpass daily and weekly targets for calls and appointment-setting.

• Ensure professional call quality and adhere to calling protocols.

• Foster a steady flow of leads through dependable outbound calling efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines and capable of working fully remote.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication abilities.

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service is essential.

• Comfortable making between 160 to 250 outbound calls daily.

• Must consistently set 2 to 3 qualified appointments each day.

• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and resilient when faced with rejection.

• Available to work full-time during Los Angeles business hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, or call-tracking software is preferred.

• Experience in making calls for construction, home improvement, or service-oriented companies is a bonus.
