Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct a significant number of outbound calls each day during a complete eight-hour shift.

• Verify and validate contact information for around 200 companies weekly.

• Update and manage accurate records within internal systems and CRM platforms.

• Adhere to structured scripts and verification processes.

• Ensure all contact information is confirmed before cases are passed to the Engagement team.

• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency in executing repetitive tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in call center appointment setting, outbound sales, or similar high-volume phone roles.

• Comfortable dedicating most of the workday to making outbound calls.

• Strong phone presence with clear and professional communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and driven by processes.

• Reliable, consistent, and capable of working independently in a fully remote setting.
