Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Engage with ideal prospects across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using your personal accounts.

• Utilize our pre-written scripts and modify them when necessary to ensure a natural and authentic tone.

• Schedule qualified discovery calls for our sales team with decision-makers in agencies or eCommerce.

• Monitor your outreach efforts and provide reports on leads, conversations, and booked calls.

• Follow up with interested prospects who have not yet scheduled a call.

• Collaborate with the team to exchange insights on successful strategies and areas for improvement.

• Confident, approachable, and a skilled communicator.

• Proficient in written English with exceptional grammar.

• Driven by targets and commission-based rewards.

• Experienced with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook (prior outreach experience is a plus).

• Self-driven and dependable - capable of working independently.

• Inquisitive and keen to learn about recruiting and the digital marketing industry.

• Professional in tone and approach, especially when interacting with high-level decision-makers.

• Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales is a plus (Nice-to-Have).

• Familiar with HubSpot or other CRM tools (Nice-to-Have).

• Understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, or recruitment is an advantage (Nice-to-Have).

• Experience in crafting basic outreach messages or modifying scripts (Nice-to-Have).
