This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a representative for Clark Energies and facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
• Reach out to leads provided by the company to arrange qualified appointments.
• Handle incoming calls and convert potential clients into scheduled appointments.
• Organize, modify, and confirm appointments as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with both consultants and clients.
• Engage in company communication platforms.
• Gather client feedback and referrals.
• Ensure the accuracy of appointments and compliance with company standards.
• Educate homeowners about the advantages of renewable energy during initial interactions.
• A minimum of 7 years in direct sales, phone sales, or a combination of both.
• Previous experience in scheduling phone appointments is essential.
• Cold-calling experience is required.
• Must possess complete proficiency in Ring Central software.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is mandatory.
• Must be proficient with technology and software.
• Access to a laptop, desktop, or cellphone is necessary.
