📋 Description

• Construct and enhance applied machine learning systems.

• Create, assess, and refine models that assist in determining customer readiness.

• Leverage behavioral, conversational, operational, and CRM data to evaluate performance and enhance model quality.

• Establish offline and online evaluation methods, selecting metrics that align with business outcomes.

• Proactively investigate new models and improvements to existing ones.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow scientists to sharpen problem definitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in academic or industry environments applying machine learning to practical issues, including building and enhancing models.

• Proficiency in classical machine learning techniques such as supervised learning, ranking, classification, regression, feature engineering, and practical model iteration.

• Experience in designing and analyzing experiments, thoughtfully selecting metrics, and identifying measurement issues.

• Comfortable navigating imperfect real-world datasets, including textual or event data.

• Proficient in Python and commonly used ML tools, with a focus on writing clean, tested, and maintainable code.

• Ability to clearly communicate assumptions, trade-offs, and results.
