This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and create curriculum, lab modules, and project-based learning experiences that reflect real engineering systems.
• Convert demonstration platforms and training kits into organized educational pathways.
• Develop instructor guides, student materials, assessments, and digital learning resources.
• Ensure alignment of curriculum with academic standards, accreditation criteria (such as ABET), and university program objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Applied Content Engineers to maintain technical accuracy and relevance.
• Partner with University Applications Engineers to test and refine content in live classroom environments.
• Create scalable delivery formats, including in-person, hybrid, and self-paced online learning options.
• Assess learning effectiveness and continuously enhance course content based on feedback and results.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or technical training, ideally in a STEM or engineering-focused setting.
• A strong understanding of STEM education principles and project-based learning strategies.
• Proven ability to convert complex technical ideas into clear, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and tools for developing digital content.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills, with the capability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
