This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist clients in transforming intricate business challenges into AI-driven solutions that yield measurable benefits.
• Oversee projects from defining the problem to shaping solutions, delivering results, ensuring adoption, and realizing value.
• Comprehend the client's goals, operational context, stakeholders, data, technology, and limitations.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and analyses to clarify ambiguous business issues and prioritize use cases.
• Develop value propositions, establish success metrics, and evaluate the value of interventions.
• Design solution concepts, actionable roadmaps, delivery plans, and proposals.
• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams comprising data scientists, optimization experts, engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Navigate trade-offs among value, speed, scope, cost, risk, and technical quality.
• Facilitate communication between executive, operational, product, and technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of product considerations across desirability, viability, feasibility, usability, and value.
• Plan for rollout, transfer knowledge, measure benefits, and iterate post-implementation.
• Cultivate client relationships, identify additional value, and develop reusable methods, propositions, and products.
• Support cohesive delivery teams, fostering continuous improvement and psychological safety.
• Mentor, coach, and assist other members of the Satalia team.
• Significant experience in shaping and leading technology-driven change, working independently with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of moving technology initiatives from strategy to implementation, adoption, or operation.
• Familiarity with machine learning, generative AI, optimization, and agentic systems.
• Demonstrated high agency and capability to generate momentum without complete information or formal authority.
• Proficient in solving unfamiliar problems, breaking down complexity, testing assumptions, and identifying practical solutions.
• Commercial acumen linking effort to value and reasoning about ROI, scope, risk, and intervention value.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and align stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical teams through challenging delivery trade-offs.
• Comfortable collaborating with data scientists, optimization specialists, and engineers.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to boards and critically evaluate solution designs.
• Product-oriented thinking and pragmatism in balancing ambition with client data, systems, capabilities, budgets, and readiness for change.
• A mindset geared towards learning and the capacity to quickly adapt to new domains.
• A technical degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
• Expertise in a specific sector or discipline such as creative and marketing, retail, supply chain, financial services, optimization, simulation, or agentic systems (preferred).
