Applied AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create and develop agentic systems tailored for enterprise clients, encompassing workflow implementations, integrations, and production-level AI builds.

• Establish internal agentic workflows within Praecipio's delivery, sales, and operational departments.

• Assist in advisory projects that require hands-on participation, collaborating directly with clients and delivering results alongside them.

• Incorporate insights from each project into the practice's collective patterns and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Git, GitHub, and Claude Code using the terminal in current projects.

• Proven track record of deploying agentic or LLM-supported systems that function in production environments.

• Proficiency with enterprise tools and APIs.

• Comfortable with integrating various business systems.

• Capable of articulating technical work and its business implications to non-technical stakeholders.

• A pragmatic mindset focused on delivering a functional version first, followed by enhancements.

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
