This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Develop AI-driven product experiences that assist users in creating, configuring, assessing, and enhancing workflows across North.
• Design and deliver interfaces for interaction with models, including workflow builders, proactive assistants, review processes, and patterns for human-AI collaboration.
• Construct evaluation, observability, and feedback systems to gauge AI experiences within enterprise workflows.
• Enhance AI reliability through product design, prompting, context construction, tool utilization strategies, instrumentation, and feedback loops.
• Transform production failures, user feedback, and real-task data into improved product functionality, evaluation suites, regression tests, and modeling signals.
• Work in conjunction with modeling, product, design, customer teams, and domain experts to establish workflow quality and implement measurable enhancements.
• Assess whether workflows necessitate constrained product experiences, enhanced model interfaces, stronger evaluations, or increased modeling investment.
• Launched LLM-powered, agent-driven, or AI-assisted product experiences in a production environment.
• Proficient software engineering skills across backend systems, user-facing products, data, evaluations, and model behavior.
• Capability to concentrate on user outcomes and system behavior, rather than solely on model metrics.
• Strong product acumen concerning interfaces, workflows, and model interactions.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex real-world failures and translating production, user-testing, and evaluation insights into sustainable improvements.
• Capacity to take ownership of ambiguous problems from beginning to end and collaborate across system boundaries.
• Availability to work during core collaboration hours, approximately 9am–12pm Eastern / 3pm–6pm Central European Time, every business day.
