This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Identify opportunities for automation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Support, and Technology to pinpoint areas where manual tasks and repetition cause inefficiencies.
• Concentrate on workflows that are high-volume, repeatable, and essential to the business.
• Assist in prioritizing opportunities based on their impact, risk, and feasibility.
• Design and develop automation solutions.
• Create production-grade workflows utilizing APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems.
• Implement AI or LLMs for tasks like classification, routing, summarization, or decision support, where they provide significant value.
• Integrate new solutions with existing systems instead of replacing them.
• Take ownership of reliability and iteration.
• Ensure that automations are observable, testable, and maintainable.
• Monitor performance in production and enhance solutions over time.
• Favor reusable patterns over fragile one-off scripts.
• Proven experience in designing and managing reliable automations in a production environment, including workflow orchestration.
• Ability to work effectively across imperfect systems and APIs, with a keen awareness of operational risk and trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience in applying AI or LLMs in genuine workflows where they deliver clear, measurable advantages.
• Considerate about when automation is beneficial and when it may not be appropriate.
