This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical and technical assistance for ultrasound system demonstrations, customer assessments, and sales activities throughout the Western U.S. region.

• Conduct on-site and remote application training for both human and veterinary customers to facilitate effective system adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Esaote ultrasound products, clinical workflows, and imaging applications.

• Assist customers by resolving clinical application issues and collaborating with service teams for solutions.

• Represent Esaote at trade shows, conferences, workshops, and educational events through presentations and live demonstrations.

• Build relationships with clinicians, veterinarians, and Key Opinion Leaders to enhance education, product awareness, and customer engagement.

• Support marketing efforts, product launches, and the creation of clinical imaging content and educational materials.

• Stay updated on ultrasound technology, imaging protocols, and clinical best practices while mentoring internal team members and sharing knowledge across departments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.

• ARDMS multi-credentialed status is preferred (RDMS, RVT, RDCS).

• A minimum of 10 years of clinical ultrasound experience is required.

• At least 5 years in a commercial applications, training, or clinical support role within the medical device industry.

• Experience in supporting both human and veterinary imaging environments is preferred.

• Strong presentation and customer engagement skills are essential.

• Advanced knowledge of ultrasound physics, instrumentation, and imaging principles is required.

• Familiarity with current clinical standards and imaging protocols.

• Excellent troubleshooting and system operation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
