📋 Description

• Oversee extensive automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, with technical precision and high customer satisfaction.

• Offer expert-level assistance for intricate customer issues.

• Direct the development of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM), budgetary, and firm fixed price proposals.

• Work closely with the sales team to identify and assess potential opportunities.

• Present tailored solutions to clients.

• Manage change orders and guarantee prompt resolutions.

• Conduct follow-up check-ins after delivery and monitor changes in project scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in applications engineering, project management, or proposal writing related to custom automation or engineered solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of automation systems specifically within the Medical & Life Sciences industries.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex technical projects from inception through to delivery.

• Expertise in SolidWorks 3D Solid Modeling.

• Experience in managing customer relationships both pre- and post-sale, including handling change orders, tracking project scope, and delivering Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PandaDoc or similar platforms.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
