Applications Engineer – Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the GTM Automation Systems team to enhance a Salesforce data model that is technically scalable, easily reportable, and intuitively functional for end users.

• Employ SOQL APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callouts, and other development tools to create custom functionalities that adapt our sales systems to our distinct business and operational model.

• Engage in technical analysis activities and document application integration requirements, while also participating in integration design efforts alongside architects and other stakeholders.

• Review and ensure quality in all code that enters our codebase.

• Consistently assess and refactor our existing codebase to enhance extensibility.

• Demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies in response to project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and JavaScript within Agile development frameworks.

• Familiarity with Force.com coding standards and experience utilizing Salesforce Lightning Design System.

• Proven experience in identifying common blind spots and bugs in Salesforce, as well as working with and optimizing large datasets.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Proficient in CSS, HTML, jQuery, and SOQL.

• Experience with version control systems such as GIT or SVN.

• Ability to convert technical requirements into standalone features for development, alongside experience in debugging and troubleshooting.

• Extensive experience in debugging and troubleshooting within Salesforce.

• Proven experience in identifying common blind spots and bugs in Salesforce.

• Experience in managing and optimizing large datasets.

• Skilled in developing unit tests with assertions for core functionalities.
