Application System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute engineering initiatives to develop and manage an enterprise-level application container service utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.

• Develop architectural models and diagrams that outline the requirements for the container service.

• Compose project architecture documentation, including models and data flow diagrams.

• Oversee all aspects of the Software Design Life Cycle (SDLC) process.

• Provide estimates for technical tasks and implementation efforts.

• Implement industry best practices throughout the specification, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment phases.

• Manage application and infrastructure source code using GitHub or a Git-based repository.

• Operate within an Agile software development framework.

• Assist development teams by providing technical estimates and implementation support.

• Evaluate procedures and process designs to enhance operational efficiency and management controls.

• Carry out additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with configuration automation tools, such as Puppet.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins or CircleCI.

• Proficient in using GitHub or other Git version-control systems.

• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.

• Capability to create technical architecture documentation and data flow diagrams.

• Ability to support enterprise application environments and software lifecycle processes.

• Public Trust clearance is mandatory.

• Must successfully complete the pre-employment qualifications set by Criterion.

• Strong communication, time management, decision-making, and organizational skills are essential.
