This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Assist clients with escalated technical issues
• Set up and oversee online ordering and automation systems
• Diagnose, log, and keep clients informed on technical incidents
• Create and disseminate communications related to support
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to address issues
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• In-depth technical knowledge of software, hardware, and peripherals
• Capacity to respond to, update, and resolve support tickets promptly in accordance with SLAs
• Proven experience in configuring and managing online ordering and automation platforms
• Background in testing product configurations and performing root cause analysis
