This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prioritize and oversee incoming support tickets from various clients, ensuring adherence to SLA response and resolution times.
• Engage directly with customers by managing expectations, offering status updates, and translating complex technical issues into understandable terms.
• Analyze existing code and design documentation to familiarize yourself with customer environments before problems occur.
• Apply code corrections in C#/.NET and React/TS for both production and testing settings.
• Elevate tickets with comprehensive documentation when issues necessitate further engineering attention.
• Evaluate software releases, test Cloud environments, and coordinate updates with clients.
• Take part in a rotating on-call schedule for clients requiring 24/7 after-hours support.
• Record issues, solutions, and organizational knowledge for the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient knowledge of C#/.NET.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Comfortable working with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience using Visual Studio/VS Code.
• Ability to read logs, trace errors, and methodically resolve issues when solutions are not immediately apparent.
• Must successfully pass background checks (necessary for accessing customer environments).
• Willingness to travel occasionally (about 10%).
