Application Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver L2/L3 technical assistance for production applications.

• Oversee system performance, react to alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and facilitate prompt resolutions.

• Conduct regular health assessments and proactive monitoring of CSP applications.

• Engage in a rotating on-call schedule to provide after-hours support for critical application issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical discipline is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in an application support or comparable technical position.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting applications developed on Java (Tomcat, JBoss) or the .Net Stack.

• Over 2 years of SQL experience focusing on query construction, table joins, and executing/creating stored procedures.

• Practical experience with Cloud Infrastructure, such as AWS.
