• Oversee incidents and problems, deliver business support, and manage development, enhancements, and configurations for the client's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360 (Data Cloud) solution.
• Guarantee monitoring, integrity, and availability of systems that facilitate operations.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices in incident and problem management.
• Implement, oversee, and maintain provisioning, configuration, and automation processes.
• Evaluate application issues.
• Create corrective solutions and progressive enhancements.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in customer-focused 1st and 2nd line application support roles for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ideally certified as a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).
• Preferably certified as a Certified Data 360 (Data Cloud) Consultant.
