Application Specialist – Field Service Engineer, Industrial Coating Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support and application knowledge to clients throughout the EMEA region, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and optimal system performance.

• Perform equipment audits, diagnose technical problems, and offer solutions that assist customers in enhancing their manufacturing processes.

• Install, commission, and provide ongoing support for industrial coating and dispensing systems at client sites.

• Conduct technical training sessions for customer operators and maintenance teams to guarantee proficient use and upkeep of equipment.

• Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships while acting as a reliable technical advisor.

• Assist the sales team by pinpointing opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, and service enhancements.

• Strategically plan customer visits and maintain precise service documentation, reports, and CRM records.

• Work closely with sales, engineering, customer service, and technical support teams across Europe and North America.

⛳️ Requirements

• Electrical qualification or electrician certification.

• Over 3 years of technical experience (or equivalent technical background).

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

• A customer-focused approach.

• Proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Valid driver's license.
