📋 Description

• In the role of an Associate focused on Implementation and Business Processes within our Professional Services team, you will lead the data gathering and configuration of the Tecsys solution, collaborating with the project team to assess customer requirements and outline business processes.

• Collaboration is a fundamental aspect of our work!

• You will establish a strong on-site relationship with customers to assist them in the integration of the Tecsys software.

• We will provide training to enhance your application knowledge, consulting skills, interpersonal abilities, and expertise in supply chain management.

• You will evolve into a vital contributor to a successful implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field.

• A solid understanding of supply management, including the related financial transactions (A/P, A/R, G/L), is crucial for success in this position.

• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting.

• Flexibility and a capacity for self-directed learning.

• Outstanding writing and presentation capabilities.

• A valid Canadian or American passport is mandatory due to the frequent travel required for this role.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential for effective communication with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues outside of Quebec.

• Strong proficiency in French, both written and verbal, is required.
