Application Security Lead – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Comprehend client needs and strategize appropriate technical initiatives

• Break down high-level tasks into manageable technical activities for security engineering teams

• Lead technical teams within the confines of project objectives

• Document and convey product security risks

• Perform technical quality assurance and deliver presentations to various audiences

• Propel enhancements in technical quality and relay success factors to business development

⛳️ Requirements

• MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• 4+ years of experience in a role related to application security

• At least 2 years in technical project management within a context related to product or information security

• Familiarity with security concepts, cryptography, and protocols across diverse application types (cloud, web, mobile, IoT / Embedded)

• Expertise in Mobile (iOS & Android), Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure), or Web (Frontend & Backend) platforms

• Ability to read source code and identify security vulnerabilities in languages such as Swift, Obj-C, Kotlin, Java, Dart, JavaScript, Ruby, Rust, Go, Python, PHP, C#, and Lua

• Experience in application authentication and authorization methods like OAuth, SSO, JWT

• Knowledge of application security features, particularly those supported by secure hardware

• Strong skills in stakeholder management

• Experience in international work environments
