Application Implementation – Business Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• This role may require up to 50% travel.

• Responsible for overseeing the standardization and transition from current legacy MIS systems to Enterprise MIS solutions.

• Provide support for the functional areas including Finance, Customer Service, Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, Shop Floor Data Collection, and Shipping/Receiving.

• Collaborate on material design and development, recommending modifications based on hands-on experience.

• Offer technical assistance for web-based and other delivery methods.

• Identify issues, trends, and/or performance deficiencies related to employee productivity.

• Create strategies to enhance the organization’s performance environment.

• May act as Project Manager for designated programs.

• Engage directly with key operational stakeholders to establish implementation strategies.

• Utilize standard evaluation methodologies to assess training effectiveness and analyze evaluation data.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Print Manufacturing or a closely related field.

• Subject matter expertise in one of the key functional areas requiring SME support.

• Prior experience with systems implementation is preferred.

• Experience in training and documentation is mandatory.

• Proficient in writing technical and functional specifications.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

• Familiarity with the change control management process.

• Understanding and experience in managing complex projects.
