Application Developer – Encompass

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Specialist in all facets and configurations for enhancements and initiatives related to Webster Bank's Encompass Loan Origination System

• Provide support for operational systems and address production issues while leading root cause analysis

• Proficient in all stages of the software development lifecycle

• Collaborate effectively with IT and Business teams, focusing on timely and precise communication

• Adhere to best practices and the release control process

• Engage in requirements analysis for projects of small to medium scale

• Assist in the design, build, and test planning phases for enhancements and projects of small to medium scope

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of extensive experience in Encompass configuration and administration is essential

• Certification as an Encompass Administrator is required upon hire

• A Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent is mandatory
