Application Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable Advisor to clients.

• Fully engage with clients as the subject matter expert to formulate recommendations.

• Develop clear and comprehensive specifications for implementation that align with client requirements.

• Identify and document the specific business needs and application requirements of clients.

• Produce process diagrams, use cases, gap analyses, and functional design documents.

• Supervise the Quality Assurance function.

• Utilize databases, web services, Java, and other technologies as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience in a relevant field.

• Technical proficiency in (TRIRIGA, Archibus, ServiceNow).

• Strong skills in customer relationship management.

• Capability to troubleshoot customer installation problems.

• Experience in creating functional design documents and reporting specifications.

• Ability to collaborate with the Application Development team.
